1. General By using this website and making a donation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Lev HaTorah is a registered nonprofit organization (U.S. 501(c)(3), Israeli Amuta, and Canadian nonprofit). All transactions processed through this site are voluntary donations to support our mission; this site does not sell physical or digital products.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction To make a donation using a credit card, digital wallet, or bit, you must be at least 18 years of age. By completing a transaction, you represent that you meet this age requirement for credit card use.

3. Delivery Policy No physical or digital products will be delivered. Upon the successful completion of a donation, a tax-compliant receipt is generated and sent automatically and immediately to the email address provided during the checkout process.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy While donations are generally considered voluntary gifts, we understand that errors can occur. Donations to Lev HaTorah can be refunded at any point upon request. All refund requests will always be accepted and processed in full within 3 business days.
